An informatics application that will connect family members, friends, and caregivers/loved ones, by engaging them together and enabling wellness-related data sharing as well as providing support. It is based on Myant’s highly accurate intelligent e-textiles which collect activity and biomechanical data through knitted sensors on the garment. Our design seeks to deliver a seamless user experience between this complex of technologies through effective data visualization, fitness education, health-recording sensors and tool tips.

The task was to design a B2B portal that brings the different cogs of their business equipments together. The challenge was achieving an experience that is a balance of business requirements, technology constraints and optimal User Experience. We have also developed a design library and UI screens to redefine their visual language. The new screens are created to simplify visual data, address the loopholes of the previous UI designs and provide a business-oriented UX using their existing brand guidelines. In Layman's terms, I would approach Westcon to set up my new office remotely to procure machinery, buy hardware, subscribe to software plans and coordinate with vendors. The new UI enables stakeholders to manage their orders from any part of the world.

The 'Save for Later' feature is a common e-commerce feature that allows users to save items from an online store to purchase at a later date. 'Save for Later' is the most straightforward way to quickly reorder something. It's a curated collection of past purchases from your order history. A 'Favourite' feature functionality in products or services that allows the users to mark the items for easy access later. This feature helps the users to keep track of items they are interested in and make them revisit. Without a favouriting feature, users may forget about the items they are interested in, leading to missed opportunities as well as reduced engagement.

Our brief was to design an efficient and engaging digital transformation platform ‘The Center’ that creates a deeper connection between corporate, franchises and team members to deliver relevant, personalized, information to help them execute their jobs more effectively and enjoyably. We ensured the brand color & type styles passed WCAG 2.1 standards, constructed a design library & created the General Training Tool, which enables store managers to examine, assign and evaluate their employee training modules. Like enrolling an employee like food safety, making cinnamon donut, etc.

After studying Baymard Institute guidelines on best UX practices as well as examining popular e-commerce websites like Nike, IKEA & Myntra. We created an e-commerce platform-agnostic to support any brand’s omnichannel experience and provide hassle-free checkout for shoppers. It encompasses an enhanced search interface, two options for sorting/filtering products, educates shoppers on product benefits or applications, USPs, and Megamenu to optimize the navigation system. We collaborated with BigCommerce, a paid SaaS e-commerce platform that helps you create, build, host, and maintain your online store. Currently, the platform hosts more than 52,000 stores.

Thomas is a Smart TravelBot that assists young explorers in planning, making budgets and managing documents for their travel. Inspired by the world's first travel excursionist, Thomas Cook, this Smart Bot is equipped with a language translator, GPS, and currency converter, weather information and a repository for storing entry tickets. He is crafted from real-life traveling experiences and studying applications like Lonely Planet, TripAdvisor and Airbnb. Thomas aids users in making decisions spontaneously about live concerts, student offers, budget-saving deals and popular tourist destinations as per dietary preferences, personal, budget, distance range, time consumption and travel credit.

Gerontechnology refers to digital tools that are specially designed for elderly users (60 years +), the term itself is a portmanteau of gerontology and technology. The objective is to promote digital literacy, eradicate technophobia bridge the digital divide as well as build confidence among older adults. People will learn about the importance of Age Tech, WCAG 2.1 and overcoming technophobia. Designers must ensure every individual with their limitations and differently-abled capabilities, should have access to Information, networking and communication to prevent violation of Net Neutrality and Digital Rights.
